gf-beef-wellingtonMy name is Marie Ericson and I am a mom of three (one with celiac disease), writing about cooking good food for my family that happens to be gluten free. I am fortunate to now spend my time following my passion for writing and cooking, after 10 years as an immigration attorney. Through this blog, Mamma’s Cooking, you can learn from my successes and failures in the kitchen as I host family for the holidays and try to get a warm meal on the table during the week.
